Hands on Creativity
3D printing also additive manufacturing is a process of making three dimensional solid objects from a digital file layer by layer. The creation of a 3D printed object is achieved using additive processes. In an additive process an object is created by laying down successive layers of material until the entire object is createdfrom single layer to model. Each of these layers can be seen as a thinly sliced horizontal cross-section of the eventual object. Most common and widely use process is FDM Fused Deposition Modeling and most commenly use plastic called filament is PLA Polylactic Acid. 3D printer works and move in XYZ positions to create object from plastic cable to some thing useful.
